Aloha from the Roastmaster!  Welcome to Mt Ka'ala Coffee Company. We are a coffee company located in the famous Ilikai Hotel located in Waikiki Hawaii, surfing capitol of the world. Our roasting facility on Oahu's famous North Shore, sits at the base of Mt Ka'ala, the tallest mountain on the island. Our specialty is Hawaiian Coffees, featuring beans from five different islands. We also do amazing blends using many of the best coffees from around the world. The majority of our blends contain Hawaiian beans as well.    We only sell coffee we roast ourselves. This ensures the finest quality available. Our Roastmaster, with almost two decades in the coffee business, has developed a unique roasting process that brings out the best of every bean. Proper roasting of each bean, according to its individual characteristics means a taste that is always smooth and never bitter. We do not store inventory, meaning our coffee is always freshly roasted when you receive it.  Lastly, we strive to keep our operation simple and our costs low so we can offer our world class products at the best price around.
